Management and further development of a strong HR and Office Management team in Cologne and Alicante
Strategic focus: Develop and implement tailor-made HR strategies to support the ongoing development of our organization
Driving force and sparring partner for management and executives in all HR-related matters
Proactive support, management, and implementation of organizational changes and transformation initiatives
Responsibility for workforce planning and controlling
OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE
Several years of generalist professional experience in both operational and strategic HR work, ideally in an international environment
Familiarity with all key HR processes – from HR administration and recruiting to employee development
Proven leadership experience in developing and strengthening a strategic and sustainable HR team
A high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
A hands-on mentality with enthusiasm for a wide range of tasks and a healthy dose of pragmatism
